There are many standard features bundled with the 4Site package. Below is a list of free optional features and a summary of 4Sites bespoke development and expansion potential.
Ability to Add/Edit/Delete pages
Edit pages using a familiar environment which resembles that of Microsoft Word. The page editor even includes typical rich-text editing functions (like alignment, colour, bold, and italicise), a source code view (for advanced HTML editing) and a file manager for uploading & managing online files.
Optimisation Ready Pages
The page manager is SEO ready, meaning all background meta-tags such as description and keywords (used by search engines) can be fully edited to suit your optimisation requirements.
RSS News management system
Allowing you to set up multiple news feeds specific to each aspect of your business. News is delivered instantly using a combination of ASP and XML technology.
Mailing List Options
Stay in touch with visitors by sending out a regular mailing list news letter. The real beauty of the mailing list is that all members have requested the information you are sending them, making this one of the best forms of targeted advertising.
User Role Management
Assign roles to specific users such as page editing, user admin, news management and mailing list admin. We will also add user management for any bespoke expansions developed for your site.
Bespoke Expansion Development
Due to the in-house nature of the system, we have the ability to fully customise any element within 4Site to meet your needs. We can also expand the available features to allow industry specific features such as Product Search, E-Commerce and Image Galleries.
Simple Affiliate Link Managment
Easily add affiliate links throughout your site, or in a designated area. Simply add a label and an address to have the link appear on your 'Links' page. Selecting the new link as a favorite will add the link to a premium links area, like the one demonstrated on the left.
On/Off Feature Switchers
Quickly hide mailing list, news, search and affiliate options from visitors by flicking a switch in the 4Site administration area. Content linked externally (from other sites) will still be accessible but can not be found on your website by visitors using your domains 'www.' address.
Dynamic Contact Form & Contact Administration
By adding a list of email address' and contact numbers, a contact page is generated for you automatically. The generated page features a contact form with options to send to any of the added address'. Using this method, as apposed to text links protects your address' from unwanted spam sent using address harvesting software.
